About the project
I am looking for an experienced Roblox terrain/map developer to build a high-quality, realistic Texas-inspired base map for my roleplay community.
Requirements
Overall Map Map Size: 12 km × 12 km (optimized and scaled for Roblox) Theme: Central Texas Style: Realistic with detailed terrain, optimized for performance, and suitable for large multiplayer roleplay servers. Terrain Features The map should include a realistic mix of: Rolling hills Large ranches and farmland Dense forests Rivers and creeks Small mountain ranges Open plains Natural rock formations Dirt roads and backroads Highway System The roadway network should be designed around a realistic Texas layout featuring: Interstate 35 running north to south as the primary interstate. State highways connecting towns and major facilities. Farm-to-Market (FM) roads throughout rural areas. County roads leading to ranches and remote locations. Multiple highway overpasses, bridges, and interchanges. Public Safety The map should include locations for: Texas DPS Headquarters Sheriff's Offices City Police Departments Fire Stations EMS Stations Government & Corrections Include: Maximum-security state prison County jail Courthouse Government offices Industrial Areas Create realistic industrial zones featuring: Oil refinery Wind farm Solar farm Gravel quarry Lumber mill Distribution center Warehouses Rail loading area Water Features The map should include: A large Lake Travis-style reservoir A major river running through the map Multiple bridges Small creeks and ponds Boat ramps and shoreline access Overall Goal The goal is to create one of the most realistic Texas roleplay maps on Roblox. The map should feel immersive, support law enforcement, fire, EMS, civilian, trucking, and criminal roleplay, and provide excellent road layouts, natural terrain, and optimized performance. Attention to detail, realism, and smooth gameplay are top priorities.
