1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RoTalent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. RoTalent reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Platform Description
RoTalent is a marketplace that connects Roblox developers, builders, designers, musicians, and other creators with clients seeking their services. We provide:
- • Job posting and application management
- • User profiles and portfolio showcases
- • Messaging and communication tools
- • Review and rating systems
- • Roblox account verification
- • AI-powered scam detection and trust features
4. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use RoTalent. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
One Account Per User: Each individual may only maintain one active account on the platform.
5. Platform Fees & Pricing
Platform Credits
RoTalent offers optional credits for premium features such as job boosts, AI tools, and cosmetic items. Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Credit prices:
- 50,000 credits — $4.99 USD
- 120,000 credits — $9.99 USD
- 280,000 credits — $19.99 USD
- 700,000 credits — $39.99 USD
Subscription Plans
Creator ($9.99 USD/month) and Studio ($24.99 USD/month) include the benefits listed in the shop. Monthly credits are granted after paid invoices. RoTalentMax requires an active paid Creator or Studio subscription and still uses credits. Other AI tools use their displayed credit rates. Plans renew monthly until cancelled through Stripe’s billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the current billing period’s end.
6. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Process
- Step 1: Communicate directly with the other party to resolve the issue
- Step 2: If unresolved, file a dispute through our Trust & Safety reporting system
- Step 3: Contact support with the agreed scope, deal reference and relevant evidence; no fixed response time is guaranteed
- Step 4: A decision is made based on the evidence provided
Mediation
For disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our built-in mediation system. Our Trust & Safety team can assist in reaching fair outcomes.
RoTalent Deals
The new payment and asset-delivery workflow is in preview. Read the draft deal terms for fee proposals, review and acceptance, private files, refunds and seller verification. Live deal payments are closed until setup and review are complete. RoTalent Deals is not a licensed escrow or insurance service. Existing shop purchases use their separate checkout terms.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- ✗Post fraudulent, misleading, or scam job listings
- ✗Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- ✗Share copyrighted or stolen work as your own
- ✗Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- ✗Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform
- ✗Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- ✗Post content that violates Roblox Terms of Service
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and post on RoTalent (portfolios, job listings, etc.). By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
Work Products: Ownership of work products created through RoTalent jobs should be clearly defined in the contract between client and freelancer. State the ownership or license being granted in the agreement. Payment does not grant rights the creator does not possess.
Platform Content: RoTalent owns all platform-specific content, features, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Receive multiple verified complaints from other users
- Fail to complete contracted work without valid reason
Suspended users may appeal through our Trust & Safety team. Terminated accounts may lose access to credits.
10. Limitation of Liability
RoTalent connects creators and clients. Users agree on the scope and usage rights of freelance work. For any enabled RoTalent Deals payment flow, RoTalent handles the buyer payment, service fee, support and seller transfer as described in the deal terms; this does not guarantee the work result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoTalent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered through the platform. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
