RoTalent ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform connecting Roblox developers, builders, designers, and musicians.

Website View Analytics

We measure page views using page categories, a temporary random browser-tab session, referral categories (such as Google or Discord), and screen-size categories. This report does not store your name, account ID, IP address, search terms, full referring URL, or the contents of messages and AI prompts. No analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are used. The session resets after 30 minutes without a page view or when the tab closes. Reports cover up to 90 days and are available only to administrators. Records older than 90 days are automatically removed as new page views arrive. We skip collection when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Project Planner Retention

Project Planner boards and their tasks are automatically deleted after 30 days without being opened or edited by their owner or an accepted teammate. Cleanup runs hourly. Opening or editing the board starts a fresh 30-day period. Existing boards receive a fresh period when this policy is introduced.

Advertising and your choices

When advertising is enabled, public pages may display ads provided by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address, browser information, cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and prevent fraud in advertising. These requests are separate from RoTalent’s website-view analytics. We request non-personalized display ads and do not send your RoTalent account ID, private messages, applications or AI prompts as ad targeting data. Display ads do not award RoTalent credits.

Ads remain disabled until the site’s ad setup is approved and consent messaging is configured. The display integration waits for an applicable consent signal and skips ads when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Where available, use “Ad privacy choices” in the footer to reopen Google’s message and change or withdraw your choices. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
