    Find your way around

The RoTalent Discord has a refreshed layout with consistent emoji names and clearer sections for getting started, community conversations, collaboration and creator help. Duplicate legacy channels have been moved out of the member-facing layout. Historical conversations are kept in private server records rather than appearing as a long list of archives.

Start in the welcome channel for a short guide. Introductions, general chat and sharing your work have one clear home each. The quick guide brings together the main website links so you can get to jobs, creators, the marketplace and account support without hunting through old messages.

Get Verified with your existing account

The new get-verified channel explains the connection process and links directly to Settings → Connections. Sign in using your connected Roblox account, connect the Discord account you use in the server and keep the connection in place. RoTalent’s own bot can then assign Verified when the linked RoTalent account meets the Roblox verification requirements.

If you connected before joining the community, the verification worker retries eligible connections. You can also use the verification check in Connections. Nobody needs your Roblox password, security cookie, verification code or Discord token to verify you through a private message.

Verified links an account identity. It does not guarantee the quality of someone’s work or replace checking examples and agreeing a project scope. The new stay-safe guide explains what to check before agreeing a commission and where to send a private report.

    Choose the alerts you want

Open Channels & Roles in Discord to choose optional Job Alerts and RoTalent Updates. The existing job and website update feeds keep their connections. Choose the creator specialties that matter to you instead of following every channel.

Private account alerts are separate: connect Discord in RoTalent Settings, enable Private account alerts and allow server-member DMs in Discord. Notification messages link back to the website; private message contents and payment details stay on RoTalent. You can turn these alerts off in Connections.

Less clutter and fewer broad pings

Appy and Discadia have been removed. RoTalent.bot, Sapphire, DISBOARD and Top.gg remain. RoTalent handles its account connection, verification and website notifications; existing moderation and discovery tools retain their separate jobs.

Ordinary members cannot send effective everyone or here pings across the server’s channels. Discord administrators retain the platform’s normal permission bypass. RoTalent’s public feeds keep their narrow, optional notification-role mentions.

Join the community using the Discord link on RoTalent, or open Connections to manage an existing linked account. For private account questions or evidence, use RoTalent Support.
